What is covered
Five years on the booster pump and adapter from the installation date, and one year on the electronic panel and display. Cover is on parts and labour, at your address, by an Ultima engineer.
What is not covered
Consumables â cartridges, membranes and lamps. Damage from voltage surge without a protector, physical impact, or water outside the specified pressure and TDS range. Systems serviced by anyone other than an Ultima engineer.
How to claim
Register the system in your account at installation â the engineer records the serial for you. To claim, open a claim from the registered product, describe the fault, and an engineer is assigned within 48 hours in metro areas.
