Coverage
We deliver to all 64 districts. Standard delivery is free and takes three to five working days. Express delivery inside the Dhaka metro is next working day for orders placed before 4pm.
Installation day
Purifiers are delivered and installed in the same visit wherever the schedule allows. You will receive the engineer's name and a two-hour window by SMS the day before.
Someone over eighteen must be present, and the kitchen supply line needs to be accessible.
Cartridges and accessories
Consumables ship by courier without an engineer visit. If you would rather an engineer fitted them, raise a service request and the visit is free while the system is in warranty.
