  • An order is confirmed once payment is received, or, for Cash on Delivery orders, once we confirm the order with you
  • We accept payment through SSLCommerz (bKash, Nagad, card, Cash on Delivery, EMI, and other supported methods) and directly through bKash
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If this happens, any payment made will be refunded

  • Each product may come with its own guarantee and/or warranty, and the terms can be different from one product to another
  • The specific guarantee and warranty period and coverage for a product is mentioned on that product's page, or on the warranty card that comes with it
