Orders and pricing

Prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed or, for cash on delivery, when we confirm the delivery slot.

Where a price is listed in error we will contact you before dispatch and either honour the corrected price with your agreement or cancel and refund in full.

Installation

Installation by an Ultima engineer is included with every purifier. It assumes a standard kitchen supply line and a power point within two metres. Additional plumbing, drilling through stone, or extended tubing runs may be quoted separately by the engineer before work begins.

Consumables

Cartridges, membranes and lamps are consumables. Their replacement intervals are published on each product page and are not covered by the system warranty.

Liability

Ultima is responsible for the system it supplies and the work its engineers perform. We are not liable for damage caused by third-party modification, unapproved cartridges, or supply water outside the specified pressure and TDS range.
