What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and email so the order can be delivered and installed. Payment details are handled by the payment gateway and never reach Ultima's servers.
When an engineer installs a system we record its serial number, the installation date and the address it was installed at, so warranty and service claims can be verified without you keeping paperwork.
How we use it
To fulfil orders, schedule installations, honour warranty claims and remind you before a cartridge expires.
We do not sell customer data. Service engineers see only the address, contact number and system details needed for the visit they are assigned.
How long we keep it
Order and installation records are kept for the length of the warranty plus two years, because a claim can be made at any point inside that window.
Marketing contact preferences are kept until you withdraw them.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete anything not required for warranty administration. Write to hq@ultima.care and we will respond within thirty days.
