TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:/

  1. Product Warranty
    • All ULTIMA water purifiers are covered under a limited warranty for manufacturing defects. The warranty period is specified in the product manual.
    • Water treatment plants are covered under the agreed warranty terms mentioned in the contract.
    • Warranty claims are void if products are tampered with, mishandled, or serviced by unauthorized personnel.
  2. Service Policy
    • Periodic maintenance services are offered as per the maintenance schedule specified for your product. Non-adherence to periodic maintenance may void the warranty.
    • Maintenance services beyond the free service period will be charged as per the current service rates.
    • ULTIMA is not liable for any damages caused due to delay or negligence in scheduling periodic maintenance by the customer.
  3. Payment Terms
    • Payments are to be made as per the terms outlined in this invoice. Delayed payments may incur penalties or service disruption.
    • For water treatment plants, payment milestones must be cleared as per the agreed contract to avoid delays in delivery or installation.
  4. Delivery and Installation
    • Delivery dates are estimated and may vary. ULTIMA will not be liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.
    • Installation of water purifiers or treatment plants must be performed by authorized ULTIMA personnel to ensure proper functioning.
  5. Return and Refund Policy
    • Products once sold are non-refundable. Returns will only be accepted for products found defective during delivery or installation.
  6. Liability
    • ULTIMA is not responsible for any damage to products caused by improper use, external factors, or failure to comply with operational instructions.
  7. Service Charges and Spare Parts
    • Service charges and costs for spare parts are not included in the warranty. They will be billed as per prevailing rates.
    • Customers are advised to use only ULTIMA-authorized spare parts for all replacements.
  8. Legal Jurisdiction
    • Any disputes arising from this transaction will be subject to the laws of Bangladesh, and legal proceedings will be held in courts within Dhaka jurisdiction.
